Michelle has been doing Yoga stretches and strengthening exercises since 1993. She received her certification to teach Yoga from Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2002.
Michelle strongly believes that anyone can do yoga stretches and strengthening exercises! These exercises can be a customized to meet individual needs.
Additionally, she is certified in Pregnancy Yoga, Restorative Yoga and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T.) through the Yoga Alliance.
